Dress for Success Washington, DC accepts clothing donations ONLY on DressED for Success Donation Days. Join us in the DMV area on these designated days to donate your professional attire.

Clothing Donation Expectations

DFSWDC collects business professional or business casual women’s clothing.

*Please note that we accept a maximum of 25 items, clean and on hangers. Bags of clothing will not be accepted.

  • Suits

  • Blazers

  • Shoes

  • Purses

  • Jewelry

  • Unopened Toiletries

Monetary Donations

If you’re not able to make it to Donation Day, please consider making a financial contribution. The following donations can provide a woman in need with the following:

  • Blazer: $50 — $179

  • Pants: $35 — $98

  • Suit: $80 — $275

  • Dress: $30 — $129

  • Top/Blouse: $30 — $75

  • Shoes: $25 — $128

  • Shipping: $12 — $23
