The mission of Dress for Success Washington, DC is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and the workforce development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

Our Workforce Development Goals:

  2. Provide a network of support to help women sustain employment

  3. Improve the financial acumen, economic mobility, and stability of women

  4. Expand awareness of the issues that impact the women we serve
