Read on for Michele’s advice to women in the professional world!

What’s your biggest piece of advice for women in the workforce?

Whether you’re just entering the workforce or already have a career, you must always remember that women are expected to do everything for everybody – but you can’t do anything for anybody if you haven’t taken care of yourself. Always remember that you are as important as everyone else in your life. Eat well, rest well, and take the time to unwind, relax, and refresh. It’s hard to take your mind off the everyday stresses of life, but you can only help if you have already taken care of yourself first. If you’re not at your best, then it’s very difficult to do your best and to be your best.
