Check out Stefani’s three pieces of advice for women who are entering the workforce for the first time, making a career change, or reentering the workforce.

#1 – Keep in touch with your network, always. Your network is more robust than you think.Look at your friends, family, past colleagues or coworkers and people you volunteer with. You never know where help could come from in your network. Make sure that you're building that network and keeping in touch.

#2 – Keep track of your accomplishments. Keep a notebook and write down your wins, your triumphs and your accomplishments. This will serve as a great reminder for you to look at every now and then and take stock of everything you've accomplished. Second, it will be helpful when it comes time for reviews or promotion and raise discussions. Always keep track of those accomplishments and don't forget to talk about them all the time!

#3 – Since we're talking during Women's History Month, I think as women, and particularly as Black women and women of color, we're going to face negative and often biased voices. Don't internalize that. Be confident in the value that you bring, know your worth and speak up for yourself and others in all situations.
